All prices on Firenzi Store are displayed and charged in GBP (£).

Accepted payment methods
We accept major credit and debit cards. Additional payment methods may be available depending on your device, location, or browser—only the options shown at checkout are available for your order.

When you are charged
Your payment is authorised and charged at checkout when you place your order. If your payment is not approved, the order will not be confirmed.

Price transparency (no hidden fees)
Before you place your order, you will see the full total cost in checkout, including:

  • item price(s)

  • any discounts applied

  • shipping cost (if applicable)

  • any applicable taxes required by law

We do not add unexpected service, handling, or payment surcharges at checkout. Any non-government fees (if ever applicable) are disclosed upfront.

Shipping cost
Shipping costs (including “Free shipping” where offered) are shown clearly at checkout and are consistent with our Shipping Policy.

Secure checkout
Payments are processed through a secure, encrypted (HTTPS/SSL) checkout. We do not store full card details on our servers.

Order confirmation
After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details.

Failed or reversed payments
If a payment is declined, reversed, or flagged by our payment processor for security reasons, we may cancel the order and refund any captured funds (if applicable) back to the original payment method.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Refund timing and conditions are detailed in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
